Before meeting Prakhar, I was trapped in a toxic, destructive relationship. I felt oppressed, unable to create time or space for myself, and I could barely keep my head above water. My thoughts attacked me daily, keeping me stuck knee-deep in the mud.
With Prakhar’s guidance, I found the courage and enthusiasm within myself to make my way out of that nightmare slowly. I needed to be inspired in a different way, because the people and situations around me before had only led me to self-destruction. I reached a point where I trusted absolutely no one, not my friends, not my family, and certainly not myself. I had isolated myself so deeply that I didn’t even realize how hidden away I was.
My first session with him felt like a painful but necessary coming out. Since then, people and situations that once dragged me down have disappeared, and my old destructive habits have fallen away progressively and almost effortlessly, creating space for new, graceful perspectives.
Today, I feel confident looking forward and finally realize: I deserve it. Prakhar’s feedback is always well-meaning, and it resonates in a way that moves me forward. He even makes me smile when I share the things I’m most ashamed of.
